Privacy Policy

This website, datainsighttraining.com, is the website of Data Insight Training Limited. It is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

The enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, email address, the courses and type of training you are interested in, and your message, and optionally your company name and phone number. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your training needs. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We do not sell or share this information with anyone else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Brochure downloads

Course brochures on this site are direct downloads. No form, sign-up or personal information is required to download them.

What else this site collects

This site does not ask you to create an account and does not set any cookies - not for advertising, and not for analytics.

We do measure how the site is used, in two ways that do not identify you. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs and produces aggregate traffic reports from them; these logs may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts page views without cookies, without tracking you across sites, and without building any profile of you. Both are used only to understand which pages are useful and to operate and secure the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how Cloudflare handles this.

Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the fonts load, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which involves your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details of how Google handles this.

Links to other sites

Some links on this site point to LinkedIn. Once you leave this site, that service's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For any privacy question or request, contact ian@datainsighttraining.com and we will do our best to help.
